Chosen MEP provides design services in various building sectors such as single and multi-family residential, hotel and hospitality, retail stores, supermarkets, food and cabaret industries, offices, manufacturing and industrial facilities, municipal and healthcare stations, as well as all levels of educational facilities from elementary to higher education. We take design serious whether it’s a small retrofit or a brand new construction, we will provide a due diligence to deliver the best design for a full satisfaction.
Prior to any design, we go over with the client full design concept and work around their budget to provide maximum and best efficient systems. We cater to many level of clienteles from a simple design to a high end one. We understand that not every construction needs a full fledge design. Depending how much clients are willing to spend, they may choose to have a simple design just to be approved by various agencies, have a medium design for estimating purposes and all the way to the very detailed plans produced for the actual construction. We do not turn away clients and will work with them of how much they want and can spend.
